Job Summary
As a Creative Designer Sr. Officer, you’ll be responsible for turning marketing objectives into high‑impact visual communication for a consumer electronics brand. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, product storytelling, and campaign execution. You will drive end‑to‑end creative output from concept to final production across digital, social, retail, and product launch campaigns.
What We’ll Work on Together
- Conceptualize and develop visual ideas for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives based on brand and commercial objectives.
- Build layouts and on‑page experiences for microsites and store looks (e.g., campaign landing sections, product highlight modules, simple microsite layouts) to support marketing and product storytelling, and adapt and resize assets for different channels while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.
- Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all creative output (logo usage, color, typography, visual tone).
- Create simple, reusable visual templates or design toolkits for internal teams (brand, social, product, trade marketing) to ensure fast, consistent rollout across markets and channels.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Product/Category, and Trade/ Retail Marketing teams to align creative work with campaign goals (awareness, sell‑out, launch support, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design or creative production for brand or marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting or executing high‑visibility brand or product campaigns (launches, seasonal pushes, promo campaigns), ideally in Consumer Electronics, lifestyle tech, gaming, or other fast‑moving consumer categories.
- Strong digital imaging skills: advanced Photoshop/Illustrator work including retouching, cleanup, product enhancement, compositing, and layout design.
- Basic video editing (Premiere), motion graphics (After Effects), or simple 3D/product mockup skills.
- Working ability in Figma to design web/landing content sections and translate product messaging into clean visual layout.
- Strong ability to design clear, premium‑looking marketing assets for digital and retail use.
- Strong portfolio that shows creative thinking, campaign support work, and premium product storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); able to explain creative intent and rationale to non‑design stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple briefs and timelines in a fast‑paced environment without losing attention to detail.
- Positive, solution‑oriented, and collaborative—open to feedback and able to work with different teams.
