PT Octave Lestari Investama (OLI) is a subsidiary of PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk that supports the development and diversification of the IMC Pelita Logistik Group’s business. We are looking for a highly skilled In-House Architect with strong experience in industrial estate and commercial property projects.

The ideal candidate possesses both technical expertise and a creative vision, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases a diverse range of architectural works. You will play a key role in designing, reviewing, and managing architectural concepts to ensure alignment with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for industrial estate and commercial property projects.

Ensure all design proposals comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and relevant sustainability standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, design reports, material selections, and feasibility assessments.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards.

Stay informed on emerging architectural trends and technologies, incorporating innovation into design strategies.

Provide professional input for master planning, space planning, and design optimization across projects.

Assist management with project budgeting, timeline estimates, and progress reporting.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with solid exposure to industrial and commercial projects.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputable university

Architect Certification (IAI or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Excellent knowledge of Indonesia’s building standards, zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and sustainable design principles.

Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project; Revit is an advantage.

Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, conduct planning analysis, and prepare detailed documentation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
