We’re looking for a Content Creator/Designer with a passion for social media, design, and storytelling. If you’re a pro at creating scroll‑stopping content, have a knack for design, and can show off examples of campaigns that have driven results, this role is for you. Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not essential.
Design and create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to craft visually compelling and on‑brand content.
Stay on top of trends in social media, content design, and audience engagement to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Contribute to campaign ideation, brainstorming creative concepts that drive engagement and awareness.
Assist with content scheduling and performance tracking to ensure campaigns are optimised.
2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Capcut, Instagram, Tiktok, Instagram Edits, Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices, and what content works on each platform.
A portfolio showcasing campaigns and content that performed well, with measurable results.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative storyteller who knows how to craft content that connects and inspires.
Positive and proactive: you bring energy and solutions to the team.
Detail‑oriented and organised: you’re on top of every post, caption, and campaign.
Collaborative and approachable: you work well with others and thrive in a team setting.
