Responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the safety of the organization’s employees, assets, and information. Oversee both physical security (premises protection, access control, crisis management) and cybersecurity (data protection, risk management, compliance).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.

Lead and train the security team to uphold high safety standards.

Monitor and ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and assets.

Conduct risk assessments and take preventive security measures.

Collaborate with management and local authorities when necessary.

Handle emergency situations and security incidents professionally.
