Job description

Lead high-impact, complex projects—especially in the government and law enforcement sectors with strategic responsibility to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope, while maintaining excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication frameworks.

Drive projects to completion with strong attention to quality, budget control, and resource allocation.

Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Actively monitor project health, identify deviations early, and implement corrective actions swiftly.

Manage project scope and change requests with proper documentation and impact analysis.

Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in roles, timelines, and accountability.

Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executive summaries and progress reports.

Propose and implement innovative improvements to systems, services, or workflows based on post-project evaluation and feedback.

Ensure full compliance with project governance, audit standards, and documentation protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end delivery across multi-stakeholder IT projects.

Experienced in handling government projects, especially within defense, law enforcement, or tactical/mission-critical environments is a Plus.

Experience in handling cybersecurity, intelligent systems, tactical equipment and surveillance system projects will be a plus.

Proven success managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects in regulated, high-security, or mission-critical settings.

Certified in PMP®, PRINCE2®, or other internationally recognized project management frameworks are highly valued.

Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; capable of tailoring hybrid approaches depending on project needs.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

High integrity, strategic mindset, and proactive attitude.

Willing to travel domestically if required by project.
