Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist the manager to ensure projects under construction adhere to contract drawings and specifications.
2. Assist in responding promptly to tenant complaints and fulfilling maintenance, cleaning, and refuse disposal requests.
3. Assist in maintaining acceptable standards for maintenance, cleaning, and refuse disposal services for factories, dormitories, and other ancillary buildings by planning and implementing maintenance and conservancy programs.
4. Assist in providing improvements and maintenance for infrastructure, including roads, drainage, walls, and fencing.
5. Assist in preparing the yearly division’s budget and workplan.
