Job summary

This role involves ensuring that products meet all relevant regulations and standards, managing product formulations, and providing guidance on compliance documentation. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Laws or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs.
• Strong understanding of regulations specific to Indonesia.

• Ensure products comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage changes to product formulations and labeling.
• Assist with product registration with regulatory authorities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensuring products comply with all applicable regulations, standards, guidelines including F&B, Household, Medical, Appliances, Floor Cleaning, Toys, Electrical, Cosmetic and etc;
• Managing changes to product formulations, labeling or other post-approval activities;
• Providing guidance on product development and labeling to ensure compliance;
• Assisting with the registration of products with regulatory authorities;
• Perform other duties as assigned by a superior;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Laws or any related field
• Min of 3 years of working experiences
• Ability to analyze regulatory requirements, identify potential compliance issues and meticulously review with maintain documentation;
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, including those specific to Indonesia (e.g., BPOM, SNI);
• Some experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance, potentially including prior experience as a Supervisor
