Overview

Coordinates general and maintenance services in area of charge. Oversees that process capacity is aligned with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis. Guarantees fulfilment of calibration programs. Maintains a safe work environment in the area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates general and maintenance services in area of charge. Oversees that process capacity is aligned with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
• Guarantees fulfilment of calibration programs.
• Maintains a safe work environment in the area.
• Controls compliance with general and maintenance services for the Plant, planning and coordinating industrial housekeeping and office cleaning services, performs maintenance of parks and gardens.
• Prepares annual planning of all scheduled maintenance operations across the Plant, and coordinates supervisors and third‑party resources.
• Guarantees the fulfilment of calibration programs developing the referred program for process control and testing instruments.
• Ensures process capacity in line with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
• Coordinates and manages resources in an efficient manner and controls associated costs.
• Submits new investment/improvement projects for approval recommending changes and process improvements whenever necessary.
• Maintains a safe work environment, in accordance with regulations and Tenaris safety policies.
• Ensures the implementation of maintenance programs which aim at minimizing energy consumption, promoting all the improvement actions also on employees' behaviour in order to decrease energy consumption waste.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
