Senior Architect
Job summary
A leading design firm in Bali is seeking a Senior Architect to lead their architecture team and manage high-profile projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of experience, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with a willingness to be based in Bali and travel as necessary.

- Lead and mentor a team of architects (intermediate and junior) in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop design concepts and oversee design development for both architecture and interiors.
- Produce and review high-quality 2D and 3D drawings.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Supervise on-site work to ensure quality and design integrity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Holding an Architect certification is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required for projects.
