Prepare and define the initial project budget and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) budget

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project objectives

Provide design recommendations and ensure all outputs meet quality and technical standards.

Experience in hotel design is considered an added advantage.

Qualifications :

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in architectural or interior design projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD

Skilled in SketchUp

Experienced with Rendering Engines (such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape)

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

Competent in Microsoft Office
