A leading aerospace manufacturer based in Southend-on-Sea is looking for a Quality Supervisor to manage the Inspection and Test departments. You will ensure adherence to IS9100 quality standards and support growth in this expanding organization. Candidates should have experience at the Quality Supervisor/Team Leader level and familiarity with FAIR and AS9100 processes. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits
- Line management responsibility for the Inspection and Test departments, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Overseeing FAIR processes and ensuring IS9100 quality standards are met.
- Support the ongoing growth of an expanding multi-site UK Aerospace Manufacturer.
4 day week - Monday to Thursday
- Quality Supervisor/Team Leader level experience
