Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and event spaces, it's a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As Events Planner, you will be at the core of bringing events to life - from private celebrations to corporate gatherings. You will manage the planning process from initial enquiry to execution, ensuring every detail is handled smoothly and every event feels intentional and well-crafted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event enquiries, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Work closely with clients to curate experiences, refining details from menus to setups.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to maximise event revenue and enhance service.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, contacts, and revenue, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Keep communication clear and proactive, liaising with internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
About You:
  • Experience in event planning within luxury hospitality or high-end venues.
  • Highly organised and detail-driven, with a natural ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A strong communicator and problem solver, comfortable liaising across teams.
  • Commercially aware, with a keen eye for opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Calm under pressure, able to adapt and deliver in fast-paced environments.
