We're looking for a pro‑active and committed Operations Manager to take charge of two of our international programmes. As the Operations Manager you’ll be the operational heartbeat between our UK office, and local teams overseas. It’s a high‑trust, hands‑on role with lots of variety – part people leadership, part customer experience, part logistics and planning. And because every day brings something new, you’ll need to stay calm under pressure and thrive on problem‑solving. - Keep standards high across accommodation, safety, placements, and local partnerships
- Review programme performance, budgets, and feedback – then make improvements happen
- Build and maintain close relationships with staff and local communities
- Handle crises with composure and clear judgment when things don’t go to plan
- Travel overseas to visit your programmes, train teams, and see your work in action
- A calm, logical, and hands‑on problem‑solver
- A natural communicator and relationship builder
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Experienced in leading small or remote teams
- Motivated by purpose and genuinely care about people and quality
- Flexible to travel overseas, sometimes at short notice
