A leading travel recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Groups Operations Executive to join their team in London. You will manage inbound groups to the UK and Ireland, ensuring smooth tour operations, building client relationships, and monitoring ground services. The ideal candidate has an understanding of UK inbound tourism and experience with Tourplan. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with only 1-2 days in the office depending on the season.

Qualifications

• Must have an understanding of UK inbound tourism and its products.
• Must have experience working with the system Tourplan.
• Strong skills in costings and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing groups travelling inbound into the UK and Ireland.
• Booking and monitoring ground services availability.
• Ensuring the smooth running of tours.
• Building relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Delivering accurate, high-quality documentation.
• Creating client itineraries.
• Interacting with international clients.
• Designing attractive sales material.
• Working on product development.

Our client, a leading groups specialist based in London, pride themselves on providing excellent service for bespoke leisure and MICE groups to the U.K. and Ireland. Now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Groups Operations Executive to join their small and experienced team.

A hybrid work arrangement – ONLY 1 day per week in the office during off peak season and 2 days in the office in peak season.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing groups travelling inbound into the UK and Ireland.
• Booking and monitoring availability of a range of ground services.
• Ensuring the smooth running of tours.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Compiling and delivering accurate, high‑quality documentation.
• Creating client itineraries.
• Interacting with a wide variety of international clients.
• Designing and creating attractive sales material.
• Working on product development.

Required Skills and Attributes

• MUST have an understanding of UK inbound tourism, including its products and destinations.
• MUST have experience working with the system Tourplan.
• Strong skills in costings, quotations, and negotiating.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
