A leading travel agency and tour operator specialising in cruise packages is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, identifying both further opportunities from current activity and new sales opportunities, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, strong communication and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise performance and productivity.
  • Create a sales team structure to facilitate company growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, sales channels and opportunities.
