Must Have’s
  • Proven experience working in a sales role (any industry)
  • A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – perfectionism is key!
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to targets
  • High attention to detail and organisation when handling bookings
Nice to have’s
  • Previous experience in travel sales or a travel agency would be perfect!
  • Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations
  • Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs
  • Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele
So what will you be doing?
  • Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs
  • Negotiating rates and availability with providers
  • Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients
  • Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets
  • Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
