This core role involves working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across the UK network during times of disruption and pre-planned work. There are also opportunities to assist our special events team.

You will be trained to handle all aspects of the role, including managing different situations during disruptions, ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, performing safety duties, and assisting with customer service. Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure our services run smoothly and safely.
About you:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, with no guaranteed minimum hours.
You should be flexible in working location and willing to travel (travel costs will be covered). Our services operate seven days a week, covering early mornings and late nights. Flexibility at short notice is required due to operational needs.
