A leading travel management company is seeking a Salesforce Technical Team Lead to oversee their Salesforce platform. In this fully remote role, you will manage a team and ensure the platform meets business needs through effective leadership and technical expertise. Ideal candidates will have strong experience with Salesforce architecture and team management, as well as excellent communication skills.
Location: Fully Remote - UK Based (Occasional visits to Bideford - HQ)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

As a Salesforce Technical Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of our business. You’ll lead, mentor and develop our internal Salesforce team, while taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations, BAU requests and support delivery.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining technical expertise with team management and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with our Head of Salesforce (Technical) and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, champion best practice and keep our platform running smoothly.
