Responsabilités

• Manage inbound shipments and liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Act as main contact for warehouse team and ensure accurate stock updates.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Oversee daily order flow for fast and accurate fulfilment.
• Assist customer service with logistics-related queries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare operational reports and identify inefficiencies for improvements.
