A pet food company in the UK is seeking an Export Lead to join their Supply Chain team. In this full-time role, you will oversee export operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team of specialists. Full-Time: Fixed Term Contract (12 month Cover)
Butternut Box is looking for an experienced and driven Export Lead to join our high-performing Supply Chain team. You will report into the Supply Chain Manager and work cross-functionally across the whole operation.
In this role, you won’t just be moving stock, you will design the strategy for how we move it. You will lead a team of Export Specialists, ensuring they have the guidance and tools to take full ownership of their regions. This role is critical in standardising operations across sites, managing complex customs landscapes, and ensuring our dogs across Europe never miss a meal. As we are a growing business, this will be a dynamic role which will flex across our operations, giving you the unique opportunity to have a full view of our supply chain.
You will champion compliance, drive cost efficiencies, and lead cross-functional projects that span our entire operation. Some travel might be required on an ad‑hoc basis to the fulfilment centre in your region, Box Office or events.
