Job summary
A creative excellence organization in the UK seeks a Logistics Assistant to support the D&AD Programmes team. The role involves managing logistics for award entries, ensuring efficient processing and quality control. Candidates should have strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. This full-time position is hybrid, requiring four fixed days in the London office each week, and offers a salary of £25,250 pro-rata.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Experience in performing manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, unpack and process packages at the office.
- Label, organise, and allocate entries to storage areas.
- Perform weekly quality checks on physical entries.
- Assist with the processing and storing of physical entries.
- Help resolve any problems and queries during judging.
