The institution is expanding its Work-Based Learning provision and is now looking to bring on a passionate Trainer/Assessor for its Electrical apprentices.
- Coach, assess and guide apprentices, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the electrical field.
- Deliver 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring to apprentices.
- Assess apprentices' progress and help ensure they complete their apprenticeship.
- Hybrid role – based both at the College and at apprentice workplaces.
- Level 3 qualification and AM2.
- Domestic or commercial electrical experience.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting learners.
