Overview

Are you an experienced Electrician or Electrical Installation professional looking for long-term stability, excellent benefits, a brilliant work/life balance, training & career progression and the opportunity to train the next generation of construction professionals? The institution is expanding its Work-Based Learning provision and is now looking to bring on a passionate Trainer/Assessor for its Electrical apprentices.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, assess and guide apprentices, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the electrical field.
  • Deliver 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring to apprentices.
  • Assess apprentices' progress and help ensure they complete their apprenticeship.
  • Hybrid role – based both at the College and at apprentice workplaces.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification and AM2.
  • Domestic or commercial electrical experience.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting learners.
