Job summary
An educational institution in Elgin is seeking a qualified individual to join their STEM team, focusing on candidate support and assessment in the food and drink industry. The ideal candidate must have a degree related to Science or Food, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in the distilling industry. Responsibilities include candidate induction and documentation management.
Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the distilling industry.
- Knowledge of food and drink operations required.

- Manage candidate registration, induction, and certification.
- Handle documentation and associated administrative tasks.
- Assess candidate portfolios.

Education
UHI Moray are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the STEM team working with Chivas & Diageo. Applicants should be educated to Degree level in a subject related to Science, Food or Drink industry with working knowledge of Food and Drink operations and must have work experience within the distilling industry of at least 3 years.

- Documentation, materials and associated administrative responsibilities with delivery
- Assessment of candidate portfolios and practice
- Supporting candidates towards their SVQ award
