A leading offshore wind energy company in Norwich is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and execute training programs. The ideal candidate has experience in an office environment, knowledge of marine legislation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Then you might be the Training Coordinator we are looking for.
Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Training Coordinator to develop, plan, organise and execute training for all Cadelers.
As our new Training Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all training related queries. You will support the development and implementation of training and competency systems as well as training policies and procedures.
Your main tasks include:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic profile, who is self‑motivated and able to work with direction but little supervision. You are analytical, detail oriented and take pride in executing tasks effectively and to a high standard. You know how to prioritize your work, and you enjoy organising your day in a busy environment. Furthermore, you possess strong communications skills and building great relationships internally and externally comes natural to you.
