A government-owned recruitment agency seeks an EPR Training Manager for a project with an implementation Go Live scheduled for April 2026. The role features a mixture of remote work and on-site duties. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in managing EPR training and will be familiar with a Mental Health Trust's operations. A competitive pay structure is offered, including holiday pay and pension benefits.
3 days per week work from home / 2 days per week on site at Denmark Hill (SE5 8AZ)
Pay: 34.60/hr + 25 days per year pro rata paid for holiday (worth another 4.94/hr ) The role is PAYE so you don't have to pay any Employer's NI (worth 7.12/hr) > 46.66/hr (Plus 10% pension after 3 months service)
12 months contract (good chance of extension to 18 months)
The key requirement for this role is that you have solid experience as an EPR Training Manager, to include the creation of training plans and training strategy.
Ideally, you will also bring with you experience of working at a Mental Health Trust - this is so you understand how these Trusts work and are familiar with the terminology used there
This is an exciting opportunity for an EPR Training Manager to get in at the very beginning of the EPR lifecycle - the Go Live for the EPR implementation is April 2026 (the Trust ideally want the EPR training Manager to start in January 2026.
