Reporting to the company directors, you'll have strategic oversight of the regional Training Manager and will ensure a consistent, compliant, and forward-thinking approach to learning and development across the business.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the training strategy of a growing civil engineering group at the forefront of Scotland's renewables industry.
