Job Summary

Macdonald & Company is working with a developer on the South Coast who is transforming the coastline into a vibrant new seafront.

With over 1,000 units to deliver across 10 phases, there is a secure pipeline of work, along with opportunities for growth within the business and involvement in their wider portfolio, which they plan to invest in the near future.

The project includes 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Future phases will include more affordable units, with penthouses priced between £2-5 million.

It is essential that candidates have experience working in the Real Estate market, preferably with an interest in the UK’s South Coast or familiarity with the area, and can hit the ground running in a comprehensive, hands-on marketing role.

Offering £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
