Job summary
A financial institution is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical projects. The role involves managing infrastructure upgrades and ensuring governance while facilitating migrations without service disruptions. Strong project management skills in financial services and knowledge of banking regulations are required. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office in London.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Project Manage the upgrade of Infrastructure across the organisation.
- Interface with dependent projects as needed.
- Oversee migrations to ensure service is not impacted.
- Work with PMO and CTO to adhere to governance.
- Manage project steering committees and working groups.
- Track delivery of project outcomes and benefits.
Skills
A Financial Services Organisation is currently seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to deliver business-critical complex infrastructure projects and critical infrastructure into application projects.
- Responsible for Project Managing the upgrade of Infrastructure across the organisation.
- Interface with any other dependant projects, as and when required
- Oversee migrations, ensuring that service is not impacted.
- Work with the PMO and CTO functions to ensure that governance is being adhered too throughout the lifecycle.
- Run and manage project steering committees, working groups (cross functional)
- Define and track the delivery of project outcomes and benefits in order to justify the business case and decisions to prioritise the project for delivery.
- Infrastructure Project management within Financial Services, that has established ITIL processes.
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts on projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with all levels of staff across both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Understanding Investment budget management and Investment project allocations agreements.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and running regulatory projects
- Office based in London with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).
