  • Proven track record delivering projects from RIBA 0 6.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pre-construction efforts across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and manage consultant and contractor teams.
  • Develop procurement and delivery strategies.
  • Administer contracts and manage reporting.
  • Monitor project financials and oversee risk management.
