Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT? We're looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician Apprentice working in our Information System (IS) department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification within IT— all with the support of a friendly and experienced team

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing first-line technical support to internal users
• Assisting with hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Logging and managing support tickets through our helpdesk system
• Learning how to maintain IT systems and networks
• Supporting the wider IT team with day-to-day tasks and projects

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• No prior experience needed — just enthusiasm and a desire to grow!
  
  

What We Offer

• Competitive salary - £15,600 per annum for 12 months, then increasing to NMW or NLW in accordance with Government guidelines
• 18 month contract- gaining an IT Qualification
