A global satellite communications provider is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions/Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for enterprise B2B clients utilizing satellite communication services. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in technical program management and enterprise relationship management. The role demands excellent communication skills and a background in satellite or cloud networking, with travel required for customer engagements.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions/Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise B2B clients utilizing Amazon Leo's satellite communications services. This role requires a unique blend entice technical knowledge, industry expertise, program management, and relationship management skills to ensure customers maximize value from our LEO satellite connectivity solutions across their operations, supply chains, and digital transformation initiatives.

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR mécanique) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
