Job summary

A global consultancy is expanding its Belfast-based service delivery team and is seeking a proficient Financial Change Consultant. This role requires a strong foundation in Finance Transformation combined with expertise in cloud technology such as Oracle, Workday, and OneStream. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, along with exposure to high-impact financial projects. A commitment to excellence and client service is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in Finance Transformation or FP&A.
• Experience within a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm is preferred.
• Strong hands-on functional experience with leading financial software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses of complex client requirements.
• Lead functional design of financial systems with clients.
• Advise clients on best-practice finance operating models.
• Serve as the translator between IT and Finance.
• Manage specific functional workstreams with autonomy.
• Travel to client sites across Europe for workshops and support.

Experience in Finance Transformation

Strong understanding of financial processes

Client-facing skills

Fluency in English

Professional proficiency in another European language

Education

Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA)
