About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions/Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise B2B clients utilizing Amazon Leo's satellite communications services. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, industry expertise, program management, and relationship management skills to ensure customers maximize value from our LEO satellite connectivity solutions across their operations, supply chains, and digital transformation initiatives.

Our LEO satellite constellation enables organizations to connect remote operations, transform their businesses, and unlock new possibilities across diverse industries and challenging environments.

Key job responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management & Strategic Engagement: Serve as trusted advisor for enterprise accounts across retail, media, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Build relationships from IT teams to C‑suite executives while orchestrating connectivity transformation strategies. Conduct business reviews, understand industry challenges, and align satellite solutions to strategic objectives.
  • Technical Consultation & Implementation: Guide customers through onboarding and optimization of LEO satellite services for remote operations, IoT connectivity, and distributed locations. Collaborate with TAMs and Solution Architects to troubleshoot issues, educate on network capabilities, and translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Account Growth & Program Management: Identify expansion opportunities across new locations, use cases, and service upgrades. Monitor customer health metrics, drive adoption to maximize ROI, and accelerate implementation through education and enablement programs.
  • Industry Expertise & Collaboration: Understand connectivity needs across industries and demonstrate how Amazon Leo enables digital transformation and competitive advantage. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to advocate for customer needs and inform product roadmap. Develop industry‑specific use cases and success stories while serving as a thought leader.
About the team

This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

Basic Qualifications
  • Technical program management or customer solutions experience working directly with engineering and business leaders in enterprise B2B environments
  • Background in satellite communications OR cloud computing and enterprise networking architectures, with demonstrated experience in network design, implementation, and optimization
  • Experience managing cross‑functional programs and complex technical implementations
  • Experience building and evaluating system‑level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications, satellite networking, cloud networking, or enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customer relationships and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LEO, MEO, or GEO communication satellites and understanding of smallsat/LEO satellite systems OR experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid connectivity architectures
  • Deep knowledge of satellite network operations OR networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, SD‑WAN) and enterprise network architectures
  • Experience serving customers with distributed operations, remote locations, or global footprints
  • Knowledge of IoT connectivity, edge computing solutions, and enterprise network architectures
  • Understanding of industry‑specific applications (POS systems, SCADA, media transmission, supply chain management, maritime communications)
  • Familiarity with SLA management and enterprise service delivery frameworks
  • Experience with Enterprise Agreement (EA) and Master Enterprise Agreement (MEA) negotiations and management
