A trusted construction business in Woodlands is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have an RICS-accredited degree and at least 3 years in roofing and cladding projects, complemented by strong analytical and negotiation skills. You will lead project budgets, manage cashflow, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors. This role offers the autonomy to make a significant impact within a supportive team environment.
