We are seeking motivated Sales Agents with experience in sales to join our UK team. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working (after successfully passing probation) and competitive incentives as part of our global company growth.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products
• Provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair, and aligns with our commitment to treating customers fairly
• Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance
• Help and support our customers, giving them peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected

• Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre
• Strong communication and listening skills
• High resilience and motivation to succeed
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A competitive starting salary of £30,000 with the potential to increase to £40,000+ (as quick as 9 months) and an OTE of £60,000 to £85,000
