The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP SaaS, and be proficient in both German and English. As a Sales Representative for Germany you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the DACH region. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and discovery calls to product demonstrations proposals and contract negotiation. Youll become an expert in our software solutions building strong relationships with prospects understanding their operational challenges and showing how MCS can transform their rental business. You will work closely with Marketing Implementation Product and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience from the first contact through to go-live. A driven self-starter you enjoy the challenge of generating new business managing a rich sales pipeline and delivering value at every stage of the customer journey. Equally you recognise the importance of nurturing long-term customer relationships identifying new opportunities and contributing to our continued growth in the region. Most of all youll relish the chance to represent our brand across Germanyearning trust delivering value and leaving customers genuinely excited about partnering with MCS.

Required Qualifications
  • Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in B2B software sales, ideally in ERP SaaS or vertical industry software.
  • Strong experience in cold calling lead generation managing full sales cycles and closing deals.
  • Understanding general business processes purchasing stock management sales invoicing or familiar with operational workflows in rental or asset management businesses.
  • Ability to visualize the full scope of a sales opportunity, anticipate objections and navigate complex decision-making environments.
  • Data-driven comfortable managing sales pipelines, analyzing activity metrics and using insights to optimize performance.
  • Confident delivering product demonstrations online or in person and tailoring your message to different audiences.
  • Willing to travel across Germany for client meetings, events and exhibitions (typically several trips per month).
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling into the rental or equipment hire industry.
  • Experience working with remote or international teams.
  • Understanding of software implementation processes.
