Overview

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK (Remote in the UK). Position Reference: 4297FS. Salary: £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission. The role is for a Finnish and Swedish speaking Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Work within a designated region to maintain and grow the customer base.
  • Outbound calling to new and existing customers to sell products and services.
  • Answer inbound calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service with the intent to increase sales.
  • Follow up on dormant accounts.
  • Create quotes with regular follow‑ups.
  • Attend sales training as required.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Finnish and Swedish (written and spoken) – ideal.
  • Inside sales or telesales experience preferred.
  • Target orientated.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong and confident telephone manner.
  • Organised, motivated and with a strong work ethic.
  • IT literate.
