Job description

Anderson Knight is pleased to be recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Ayrshire. This is a fully onsite position, operating five days per week.

This role will involve managing customer accounts, supporting both new and repeat business, and working closely with multiple teams across the organisation. You will play a key part in order processing, customer relationship management and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts by supporting new and repeat business sales over the phone within an established client base.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Coordinate order requirements with production and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide general office administration support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required to support the wider team.
Skills and Experience

This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in sales or administration would be advantageous.
