• Help customers at Christmas to ensure a sparkling, welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers looking for jewellery, watches or gifts and help them leave with a suitable purchase, often gift-wrapped.
• Answer questions, showcase products and use sales skills to help the team meet targets during the holiday period.
• Represent the brand and culture in line with Signet’s fashion-conscious, business casual dress code.

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; no specific jewellery experience required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to converse with a diverse range of customers.
