The role requires proven experience in Business Development, results-oriented focus, and excellent relationship management skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and/or as an Account Executive.
  • Results‑oriented approach.
  • Driven by non‑GMV benchmarks.
  • Proven experience working with external and cross‑functional partners.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, including strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with prevalent internet marketing methodologies.
  • CRM experience required, with a strong preference for Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform growth through new seller acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and activate high-value sellers for eBay Live.
  • Negotiate business terms and partnership agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Coach and develop BD Associates and Sales Coordinators.
