Job summary
A recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Admin and Support Assistant in Kent. The ideal candidate should be confident and organized, with experience in sales or project management. Location : Kent
Terms : Permanent | Full Time
Hours : Monday - Friday | 08 : 45-17 : 15 (1-hour lunch)
- Confident, customer-oriented, and experienced in a sales or project-support environment
- Strong telephone manner and professional communication skills
- Calm and focused under pressure, able to multitask effectively
- Responsible, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Proficient with MS Word / Excel; able to learn bespoke systems
- Knowledge of Sage200 (S.O.P.) and export procedures is advantageous
- Previous experience in project management, account management, or sales support is highly desirable
