To list items on eBay and other online platforms and ensure prompt and safe dispatch. To maximise profit to support the operation of the Hospice, the Online Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering digital sales targets, and working alongside a team of both paid staff and volunteers.
Working alongside paid staff and volunteers, you will be responsible for researching, photographing, listing, selling and dispatching items efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and meeting digital sales targets.
At The Prince of Wales Hospice, we provide specialist palliative care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our 14-bed inpatient unit, located just minutes from Junction 32 of the M62 in Pontefract, also offers outpatient and community services, including a successful Lymphoedema clinic.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
We are seeking two part‑time motivated and detail‑focused Online Sales Assistants to support the growth of our online retail income. This role plays a vital part in maximising the value of donated items through online platforms such as eBay, helping to fund vital Hospice care and services.
