A prominent hotel recruitment agency is seeking a Director of Sales for a branded hotel in England. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue. Your focus will be on maximizing sales from Bedrooms, Meetings, and Events while ensuring alignment with the hotel budget. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proactive sales culture are essential for this role.
Job Description :
Director of Sales vacancy, branded hotel with 120+ bedrooms, M&E space for 300, leisure & busy F&B along with coffee shop. Established hotel with strong reputation and high revenue generating hotel within the portfolio.
You are responsible for the achievement of activity and revenue targets for the property with specific focus on Bedrooms and Groups together with Meetings and Events revenue streams. You will ensure effective management of the sales function, driving performance of the sales team along with the Sales Office Manager to deliver individual and overall targets, ensuring alignment and achievement of the hotel budget.
Deliver and grow revenue into your hotels to meet and ideally exceed total sales budget for all market sectors including :
