Sales Consultant - New Homes

Location: London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (plus commission/OTE)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time, On-site

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for new homes? We're looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help prospective buyers find their dream home.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our development, working on-site to provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll manage the sales process, build strong relationships with buyers, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors to the sales suite and conduct viewings of show homes and available properties
  • Qualify leads and guide buyers through the purchasing journey
  • Provide detailed information about properties, the development, and the local area
  • Negotiate offers and manage sales progression through to exchange and completion
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and provide regular sales reports
  • Build relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain the presentation of show homes and sales areas to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in new homes sales (essential)
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work weekends (typically including Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of the London property market is advantageous
