Amazing opportunity in consultative sales - a Luxury Retail Sales / Art Sales Consultant is required for this stunning contemporary Art Gallery.

You do not necessarily need an Art background but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is obviously preferred.

• Generate sales through a consultative approach; the role is about selling but not a hard sell. Work towards realistic sales targets and generate new business through a self-motivated approach.
• Provide exceptional client and customer service, creating an amazing client experience from start to finish. Consultatively manage client needs and transfer your passion for sales and the product to drive sales.
• Proactively make daily calls to promote the gallery, in addition to reacting to clients who enter the gallery. Build and maintain relationships over the phone and by email to increase footfall and sales.
• Manage client relationships with a focus on high-quality service and potential for commissions through achieving monthly targets.
• Be flexible with weekends, as they are the busiest time; work within a 5-day week.
• Driving is preferred as the role includes home consultations as an extra service to clients.
• Engage in effective outreach to generate prospective business and maintain a self-starting approach to client generation.

• Ability to drive is preferred (for home consultations).
• Commitment to achieving realistic earnings through a combination of base salary and commission.
• Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to convey passion for sales and the product.
