Sales Support Co‑ordinator


Location: Frodsham | Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 | Contract: 6‑Month FTC, Full‑Time (Monday‑Friday)

A Day in the Life

You’ll be essential to keeping UK operations running smoothly by:



  • Providing logistical support to field operations across the UK

  • Managing office‑based inventory, preparing and shipping implants and instruments for:

  • Customer stock replenishment

  • Loan kits for surgical procedures

  • Coordinating sales invoicing and credit control with the overseas parent company

  • Supporting conferences, exhibitions, social media activity and promotional campaigns

  • Working closely alongside a colleague in a similar operational role


Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver first‑class customer support via phone, email and order handling

  • Organise loan kits, prepare checklists and produce delivery notes using the Inventory Management System

  • Receive, inspect and accurately record all goods delivered

  • Pick, pack and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements

  • Arrange dispatch and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

  • Raise purchase and sales orders with precise data input

  • Liaise with carriers, track shipments and resolve any delivery issues

  • Maintain detailed records of all UK sales orders

  • Support the Managing Director with conferences and events

  • Work with the international marketing team on UK promotional activity

  • Provide wider operational support to the sales team

  • Manage invoicing, payments and customer account queries

  • Assist with additional duties as required
