Sales Administrator

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to be responsible for assisting the sales team. The role requires a large percentage of direct client interaction. This may be remote via phone and email etc. or face to face at exhibitions. You will be responsible for achieving a set of personal and team measures of performance (KPI's) and will be measured against the success of these objectives.

Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Serving as the main point of contact for Sales Team
  • Managing phone calls, emails and other correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings, client/customer appointments and travel arrangements
  • Basic Order Processing & taking payments
  • Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Attend meetings and training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills in parallel with existing training resources and sources of information
  • Creating and maintaining a well-organised, efficient office environment
Personal Specifications
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent personal and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Packages
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships
  • Flexibility

Working hours: 08.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £25,459 Per Annum.
