Qualifications

Telesales Executive - NO COLD CALLING

Location: Chester | Full Time or Part Time | £24,000-£25,000 basic (DOE) plus uncapped commission. Full-time OTE £700-£1,200 per month

Are you a natural people person? We want you on our telesales team!

Money Expert is an independent financial comparison company based in Chester, and we're expanding our team! We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent/s to join our vibrant call centre. You'll be working with warm leads generated by customers researching their options online and requesting call-backs — no cold calling involved.

No prior sales experience? No problem! With our comprehensive training and ongoing support, 70% of our agents come from non-sales backgrounds and thrive here.

If you're the type of person who's always chatting with people, making connections, and building relationships effortlessly - we want to hear from YOU! We're looking for individuals who are outgoing, confident, and love talking to others to join our telesales team.

Working Hours & Shift Patterns
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays
  • Or a 4-day shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 09:30–19:00
  • Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts available during daytime, afternoons, or evenings

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Experience in Commercial sales is desirable but not essential (training provided)
  • Strong fact‑finding and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres, desirable but not essential, anyone in hospitality, retail, real estate, customer service or similar industries
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Motivated and outgoing, with a positive impact on team morale
