As a Supervisor in a Sweaty Betty store, you will support the team to embody the Merrell and Saucony values and act as the go-to person in your manager's absence. You should remain calm and collected under pressure, be knowledgeable about products and standards, and ready to step in when needed.

You will assist with administrative and operational duties, store security, and help bring the brand to life, sharing your passion both inside the store and within the community.

Please note: this role requires a commitment of contracted hours per week, including some weekdays, weekends, and possibly evenings.

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and product knowledge as a role model.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage stock and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety, and inventory policies.
• Support local marketing efforts and be an ambassador for the store.
